One form Changing into another
fireworks store chemical energy which
is converted into kinetic energy sound

and light energy,as well as some heat energy.

This is a bar graph showing how many people at I.S.D use rechargeable batteries.
Rechargeable batteries are important because almost every thing uses rechargeable battery that's why in I.S.D they use rechargeable batteries.

How do batteries work?
Batteries create eletric currents
form the reaction between two

chemicals, one forming a postive

eletorde and the other a negative.
The reaction creates an an excess of
eletrons on the negative electrode
producing a current. chemicals used
include zinc chloride, strong alkaline
chemicals and lithium.

Chemical energy: A from of energy which is stored inside substances
Plants, humans and batteries all contain substances
that store chemical energy.

Batteries
A battery uses chemical to produce eletricity. The battery turns chemical energy into eletrical energy. There are two types of energy one is rechargeable battery. There are battries that make eletricity until all their chemical are used up.

Which things contain rechargeoble battery :
Toy car
Mobile
Degital camera
A kind of battery that is rechargeoble
I-pod

Mp3
laptop
pamtop
torch (Emergency light)

This website is about what makes batteries work.We had the idea to make this because we wanted to learn about batteries and how they work.We first wanted to learn about chemical in food but then we found more information about battery,so now we are doing it about battery. We also got the idea of doing this because our unit of inqury is all about energy.

Hope you learn more!
